Green Concept property Investments Ltd. is a member of Green landlord Housing Certification Inc. Green concept currently manages a large number of properties in Airdrie, and Carstairs, Alberta.
They have undertaken a program to certify as many of their properties as possible within the next year, changing all 23L flush toilets to low flow design, adding programmable thermostats, changing some doors and windows, performing sealing, upgrading insulation where needed, and adding safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers in all of their homes.
